I've had a bunch of people ask me what I eat here, so here are some pictures of food. I'll divide them into food that's been given to me and food that I've been able to make.
Vanuatu Food
(aka food from my host family or neighbors)
In general, food here is quite bland. Other than an abundance of canned fish and meats (which I try to avoid), most food is from people's gardens.

Vanuatu Cooking
(aka the food I cook myself)
The hardest thing about cooking here is the lack of availability, food being seasonal, not having a way to keep it (no refrigeration), and not yet having a garden.
